About placing an order:
Please provide the delivery address, consignee’s name, and phone number in detail, especially the phone number. Keep it open as much as possible. After the goods are sent out, If the address needs to be transferred or returned due to the buyer's reasons, or the item is signed for at the wrong address, the buyer will be responsible for any costs and losses incurred.

Our store’s logistics does not currently support specifying .Please discuss delivery logistics with customer service .The issue of speed is also a problem that has been bothering us. If you have urgent orders or are impatient to wait, please be careful. Climate problems will affect the speed of express delivery. We cannot promise when you will receive the product. You can tell us to check. For customer service, we will contact the courier to verify the transportation status of the goods and urge delivery.( If the refund is due to express delivery time, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.)
