1. If there is a quality problem with the product, please collect the goods within 3 months and return them together. The return postage will be borne by you. The reissue postage will be borne by us.( Make sure the packaging is in good condition and the accessories are complete. If it has not been used, we will not accept it if it has been used.)
2. For non-quality problems, please deal with them within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the postage for returns and exchanges.( and bear the packaging costs) , the product cannot be opened and used, and it cannot affect secondary sales.( Condoms, sexy lingerie, and underwear excluded) .( important: Make sure the packaging is in good condition and it has not been used. We will not accept it if it has been used.)
