If the product has quality problems, please wait 7 days after order receipt( 30 days for wholesale customers) Contact customer service within( Take photos or videos of the product and inform customer service) , check and confirm that it is true, and the postage will be borne by us. If the return does not have any quality problems after our inspection, the return freight will be borne by ourselves.( Make sure the packaging is in good condition. It will not be accepted if it has been used.)
2. For non-quality problems, no reason to return or exchange, etc., please wait 7 days after order receipt( 30 days for wholesale customers) Contact customer service within the store and pay for the shipping costs yourself. The product cannot be opened, it is unused and the packaging is intact, so it cannot affect secondary sales.
3. If you find that there are missing or missing shipments after signing for it, please contact us within 7 days to handle it. Take photos of all products and delivery list and inform customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and retrieve the delivery video for verification. If it is confirmed that there are missing or missing shipments, , we will give you a satisfactory solution. If you contact us beyond the time limit, we will not handle it.!
