1. Wholesale instructions

1. Product wholesale: The order quantity starts from RMB 500, and the later replenishment starts from RMB 300.; Orders that do not meet the initial approval standards will be charged an additional operating cost of 10 yuan.

2. All products with 7-day return guarantee are only applicable to one tiered price.( Excludes products waiting for orders) .

2. Transaction process

1. Customers select goods, place orders and pay( If you have any questions about product information or other matters, please contact customer service for consultation) .

2. After receiving the payment, the goods will be distributed according to the customer's requirements.( If a product is out of stock, we will contact the customer and ask for a replacement or a refund for the individual product.) .

3. The goods will be checked and sealed, and will be shipped in about 2 days according to the method selected by the customer.; In case of holidays, events, etc., delivery will be postponed for about 3 days.

4. After delivery, the customer will be sent a text message, Aliwangwang, etc., and the delivery order number will be informed.

3. Transportation instructions

All product quotations do not include postage, freight and taxes.( These three items need to be paid by the customer themselves) .Customers can choose two methods of delivery: logistics and express delivery.

4. After-sales service

1. If there is a quality problem with the product and there is a warranty card, the warranty will be in accordance with the provisions on the warranty card.

2. The attached product photos are all taken in kind. Due to differences in lighting and displays, there may be color differences with the actual products. Such problems are not product quality issues. The color is subject to the actual product received. Some products may be subject to product upgrades or quality improvements. If the product information cannot be updated in time, no further notice will be given. The actual item received shall prevail.

3. All product prices are based on the settlement price on the day. Product prices may increase or decrease based on raw materials without prior notice.

4. If you have not received the goods 10 days after payment, please call us to inquire to avoid accidents.

5. If customers have any questions after receiving the goods, they can contact the corresponding customer service who was consulted when purchasing the product to handle after-sales issues.

5. Return Instructions

1. After the customer receives the goods, please check the documents and goods immediately. If you have any questions, please contact customer service. If there is no objection 3 days after the arrival of the goods, the transaction is deemed to be completed. Returns without quality problems will not be accepted. If there is any damage or damage caused during transportation, If you want to return or exchange goods due to quality problems, please contact customer service.
