If the product has quality problems, please wait 7 days after order receipt( 30 days for wholesale customers) Contact customer service within( Take photos of the product and send to customer service) , if it is confirmed that there is a quality problem, the return postage will be borne by us. If there is no quality problem after our inspection, the return postage will be borne by ourselves.

If there is no quality problem or no reason to return or exchange the goods, please wait 7 days after receiving the order.( 30 days for wholesale customers) Contact customer service within the company for processing. Return the product to ensure that the packaging is unopened and unused and it will not affect secondary sales. You will be responsible for the return freight.;

      3. If you find that there are fewer or missing shipments after signing for it, please contact us within 7 days of signing for it. Take photos of all products and the delivery list and inform customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and retrieve the delivery video for verification. If it is confirmed that there are fewer or missing shipments, We will give you a satisfactory solution. If you contact us beyond the time limit, we will not handle it.!
