All our products are sold in stock. The products that can be photographed on the page are all in stock. Please feel free to buy. Due to the large variety of products, the daily sales volume is large and they cannot be removed from the shelves in time.

Please forgive me for the out-of-stock situation caused by this. We will contact you by phone or Wangwang and handle it.

We have paid, when will the goods be shipped, and how long will it take to receive the goods??

Due to the large volume of shipments every day, we will wait 24 days after your payment is successful.- Shipments will be made within 28 hours in order of payment. Shipping time may be affected by distance, weather and uncertain factors.

What should I do if the product I receive has quality problems or is out of stock??

If the goods are out of stock or have quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days. If there are quality problems, please take pictures of the goods in time after receiving the goods and send them to customer service.

I received the product, but I don’t like it very much. Can I return it or exchange it??

If you are not satisfied with the product or don't like it, you can return it and exchange it at your own expense as long as it has not been used and does not affect secondary sales.

No refunds or exchanges will be made in the following situations:

A. The returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, and the product accessories or related information are missing.;

Please check the quantity and merchandise in person when the courier arrives to sign for delivery. If there is a shortage of goods, please contact us by phone in time.
Lost items verification: First check the weight of the express delivery order and the original weight of the goods after receipt, save the packaging bag, take a photo and contact customer service, who will help as soon as possible.

You contact the warehouse to verify the weight of the outbound order, and verify the shipped goods through the software. If there is indeed a shortage, we will arrange a reissue for you as soon as possible.

If it is verified that the goods have been shipped normally and the goods are received without counting the quantity and checking the damage of the goods, the individual shall bear the loss.
