About color difference

Because everyone has different monitor settings and various other factors, digital pictures will have more or less color differences. We believe that no matter what we do, it should be realistic, so we hope to be as realistic as possible through the pictures. Reproduce the details of the real thing, so that what you get is what you see. The tile and detailed pictures are all taken by us.

We have been continuously improving the photography effects, but due to different camera and monitor parameters, lighting and other factors, it is still difficult to avoid the color difference between the actual object and the photo, so please refer to the actual color.

Return and exchange policy

one. Returns and exchanges are possible under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged goods, wrong goods shipped( color, style,) , missing hair, large stains, serious damage, etc. that make it unsaleable, you can apply for a return or exchange. When applying for a return or exchange, please be sure to take a photo first and then contact our customer service staff for negotiation. If our company determines that it is indeed a quality problem, The freight incurred will be borne by our company. If our company refuses to receive the payment, please help us pay the freight in advance. We will pay the fees incurred directly to your designated Alipay account through Alipay.( Note: If you return the goods directly without contacting us, we will not accept it.)

two. No returns or exchanges will be made under the following circumstances:

1. Occasionally small bubbles, scratches, small flaws and other problems that do not affect sales are not considered quality problems. All eyewear manufacturers cannot avoid such problems and no product can be 100% perfect.

3. Human-made defects, product color difference, slow logistics, and poor service attitude of logistics companies.

4. Issues with buyer’s subjective judgment( like: I don’t like it. It’s different from what I imagined. It’s different from other brands. The material doesn’t meet my imagination. It feels bad. It doesn’t look classy. etc.)

5. There are differences in the color of the products shipped before and after. Since each batch is different, it is difficult to ensure that the color of the product is exactly the same as the previous batch.

6. I don’t want to sell it anymore, it’s difficult to sell it, I can’t sell it, I’ve been arrested by the urban management, I can’t sell it anymore, etc.
