Regarding returns and exchanges, because the unit price of the product is low and the profit is thin, and the freight is more expensive than logistics and express delivery, the factory will not accept returns in principle if it is not a product quality problem.( It is recommended that customers purchasing bulk goods first take samples for confirmation. The factory provides free samples to ensure that the bulk goods received are consistent with the samples.); If product specifications, sizes, colors, etc. are shipped incorrectly due to factory reasons, the factory will return or exchange the goods unconditionally, and the loss in return shipping costs will be borne by the factory.; If the customer needs to return or exchange goods due to non-factory reasons, the freight must be borne by the customer.
