Tips

1.Suggest to use in a well ventilated space. 

2.Please use a work glove to replace tips.

3.The metal tips will become crisp and easy to break in the high temperature, please waiting the temperature drop down then replace.

4.Remember to turn off the switch or unplug when resting or completing.

5.Don't wet the soldering iron or touch the soldering iron with wet hands when it is working.

6.When the iron head is oxidized to black, use emery to clean it firstly, then turn on power for heating, then put on tin immediately. This method can clean the oxide.

1、新烙鐵使用前，應用細砂紙將烙鐵頭打光亮，通電燒熱，蘸上松香後用烙鐵頭刃面接觸焊錫絲，使烙鐵頭上均勻地鍍上一層錫。這樣做，可以便於焊接和防止烙鐵頭表面氧化。

2、合金頭嚴禁修挫，如發現不上錫時可用焊劑活化後上錫即可使用。

3、電烙鐵應保持乾燥，嚴禁在潮濕的壞境下工作。

4、使用前，應認真檢查電源插頭、電源線有無損壞檢查電壓是否相符。並檢查烙鐵頭是否鬆動。

5、電烙鐵使用中，不能用力敲擊。要防止跌落。烙鐵頭上焊錫過多時，可用布擦掉。不可亂甩，以防燙傷他人。

6、焊接過程中，烙鐵不能到處亂放。不焊時，應放在烙鐵架上。注意電源線不可搭在烙鐵頭上，以防燙壞絕緣層而發生事故。

7、使用結束後，應及時切斷電源，拔下電源插頭。冷卻後，再將電烙鐵收回工具箱。

8、使用幾次後要取下烙鐵頭，出去氧化層，以免以後氧化層堵塞無法取下烙鐵頭。

電烙鐵使用基本技巧：

1、選用合適的焊錫，應選用焊接電子元件用的低熔點焊錫絲。

2、助焊劑，用25%的松香溶解在75%的酒精（重量比）中作為助焊劑。

3、電烙鐵使用前要上錫，具體方法是：將電烙鐵燒熱，待剛剛能熔化焊錫時，塗上助焊劑，再用焊錫均勻地塗在烙鐵頭上，使烙鐵頭均勻的吃上一層錫。

4、焊接方法，把焊盤和元件的引腳用細砂紙打磨乾淨，塗上助焊劑。用烙鐵頭沾取適量焊錫，接觸焊點，待焊點上的焊錫全部熔化並浸沒元件引線頭後，電烙鐵頭沿着元器件的引腳輕輕往上一提離開焊點。

5、焊接時間不宜過長，否則容易燒壞元件，必要時可用鑷子夾住管腳幫助散熱。

6、焊點應呈正弦波峰形狀，表面應光亮圓滑，無錫刺，錫量適中。

7、焊接完成後，要用酒精把線路板上殘餘的助焊劑清洗乾淨，以防炭化後的助焊劑影響電路正常工作。

8、集成電路應最後焊接，電烙鐵要可靠接地，或斷電後利用餘熱焊接。或者使用集成電路專用插座，焊好插座後再把集成電路插上去。
