All raw materials are mechanically cut and made through complex traditional manual processes. 3. About shipping costs

The freight is charged based on the actual product weight. After taking the photo, contact customer service to verify the freight and make changes before payment. For large wholesale quantities, you can also send it to designated logistics and the freight will be paid on collect.

4. About the pattern

The arrangement of the stripes and patterns in the sofa cushions are randomly arranged within the full-page pattern of the same style. The picture style is for reference only. We cut large batches together, and the positions of the stripes and patterns cannot be controlled.

5. About returns and exchanges

We do not support returns and exchanges within seven days without any reason.! For wrongly shipped, missed shipments, or defective products, we will only reissue or send them back for exchange.! If the buyer proposes a partial or complete return because one or two items are defective, etc., we will only exchange the goods for replenishment and refuse to return the goods. All collect and SF packages will not be accepted for returned products.
