1. What is the minimum batch size??

The first purchase must reach 100 yuan to be considered wholesale. We support mixed batches, that is, you can choose 1 piece of each product, but the total amount must reach 100 yuan, and the total number of mixed batches must be greater than 10 pieces.( Boxes and handbags are not included in the number of pieces)

2. Can I buy 2 pieces?? Can I wholesale if the amount is less than 200 yuan?? Why is the postage 30 yuan??

We are wholesale here, and the minimum order is 200 yuan. If you only buy 2 pieces or the price is less than 200 yuan, the shipping fee will be charged as the default postage of 30 yuan. 10 yuan is considered as the default postage, and 20 yuan is calculated as the wholesale and retail price difference. For wholesale orders of more than 100 yuan, the actual postage will be charged. Free shipping for wholesale orders over 1,000 yuan( Limited to small items) Only Huitong and ZTO are covered, not SF Express.( Postage is not included in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. If you order the packaging box and fitness ball, the express fee is not included. The express fee is paid according to the actual cost.)

5. Payment method?

6. How about after-sales service??

8. Are all products genuine?? Is there a certificate??

     All products of our company are guaranteed to be genuine and quality guaranteed. Certificates can be issued for Hetian jade and jadeite. Each product has a separate certificate number. You can check the test results online. If you need a certificate, you need to explain it to the customer service staff. Each product will be charged extra. 10 yuan testing fee.

9. How is the product packaged? Does it come with a gift box?? Do all pendants come with a string??
