本RTV硅橡膠是一種中性單組分室溫硫化硅橡膠，常溫下吸收空氣中的水份固化，、無污染、無腐蝕。具有良好的電絕緣和抗電弧性能，粘接範圍廣、耐冷水性能優異、性能穩定、使用方便等特點，可在-60℃～200℃溫度範圍內長期使用。本RTV硅橡膠有良好的粘附性，除常見的金屬和非金屬材料外對金、銀、不鏽鋼等難粘材料也具有一定的粘合力
主要用途：
1.用於粘接、密封、絕緣、防潮、防震材料，廣泛應用於電子元件、半導體材料、電子電器等設備的粘接、密封
2.電加熱器、電子儀表的防水、密封及電子元件灌封
3.具體如用於各種水下儀器儀表防潮密封、海底電纜灌封、小型電機磁瓦粘結、高壓包、傳感器灌封前表塗、汽車底盤、冷凍冷藏設備的密封等，該RTV硅橡膠廣泛應用於電熱水器、冷凍櫃、電冰箱、咖啡壺、豆漿機、電子元件等
使用方法：
1.先將元器件做一般性清潔處理
2.待表面乾燥後，將本品從金屬軟管中擠出施膠
3.膠料接觸空氣中的水份，即由表及里固化
注意事項：
1.對於耐溫元器件，可先在室溫固化後，再在50-100℃，潮濕烘箱中處理4-8小時，趕掉低分子物，充分固化，以保障膠的性能。
2.本RTV硅橡膠在使用後，應將膠管蓋緊，可保存再次使用
