Customers need to provide samples or clear pictures, and clearly require packaging specifications and printing processes. The time required for proofing is within 7 days. The production time for large products within 3 million pieces is generally 15- About 20 days, you can contact customer service for specific time.

About color difference

Due to the shooting angle of the pictures, the colors of some products are different from those in stock, which will make you feel that they are different from the product pictures.

Customer service reminds you that this is a shooting problem. The product color is subject to the actual product. Of course, we will take better and more realistic pictures.

About delivery

We sell goods from stock and the delivery time is usually within 48 hours after payment.( Except for events) Customers who need to ship goods must contact our online customer service to modify the actual shipping fee and check the logistics pick-up location. Thank you for your cooperation.!
If you have not received the goods 15 days after delivery, or if you have questions about the product after receiving the goods, please contact our online customer service in time.!
Normal express delivery time is as follows::
1. Customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui can usually arrive in about 2 days after delivery.;
2. It usually takes about three to five days after delivery to other areas. The express delivery logistics will notify you to pick up the package after arrival.;
3. For customers in some remote areas, it will take seven to fifteen days for the goods to arrive.

About returns

We need to ensure that the returned goods have not been used and will not affect our second sale due to personal reasons.( Non-product reasons) If the product is returned or exchanged, the freight will be borne by you. Customized products cannot be returned if there are no quality problems. In addition, because the product returned after a long journey is damaged in the process and the packaging box cannot be used again, we need to deduct the cost of your response and return it.
