1. Sample taking rules: All products support free samples, and the corresponding sample fee will be refunded for secondary purchases of 1,500 yuan or more.
2. Mixed batch rules: Mixed batches are supported, but mixed batches are difficult to package, so the following rules are set
The total amount of the mixed batch must exceed 500 yuan, and a packaging fee of 15 yuan must be paid;
When the total amount of the mixed batch is greater than or equal to 1,000 yuan, the packaging fee can be reduced or exempted;
3.About logistics: By default, Zhongtong Express, Best, Aneng, Shunxin Jetta and other brand express delivery can be delivered to the downstairs as long as the outlets are covered. If large-ticket goods can be sent to ordinary logistics, it will be cheaper, but the transportation time is not guaranteed. .In remote areas, wooden frames need to be built. One wooden frame per box costs 20 yuan. You will be responsible for any damage caused by refusing to build wooden frames.
4. About shipping costs: The quoted price does not include freight. ZTO Express, Best, Aneng and other brands of express delivery require additional handling fees. It is recommended to pay the freight in cash. For detailed freight charges, please consult customer service when placing an order.
5.After-sales issues: If you encounter product quality problems or damage, you need to take a photo and send it to the after-sales customer service within 12 hours of arrival. We will deal with it in time. Generally, reissue will be done at the next order. If you are in a hurry, you can reissue it immediately. Remark: If there is no response to the problem after more than 12 hours after the arrival of the goods, it will be deemed that the acceptance has been passed.
